Candidate must have good hand on Quick Books and possess experience of 2 to 3 years of handling Quick Books independently,
- Good knowhow of chart of accounts.
- Knowledge of IFRS and comapny law would also be an additional benefit.
- Can handle data and relevant entries into the accounting software system and generate reports including all financial reports independently.
- Must have grip on banks reconciliation and cash.
- A good knowledge of costing/project costing and inventory would be an additional edge.
- Basic tax knowledge is also essential i.e. monthly payment and filing of tax returns e.g. income tax and sales tax in coordination of Tax Consultant.
- Salary sheet preparation including salary payments by supervising the cashier and coordinating with HR department is also needed.
