The Role / Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative duties and a broad variety of administrative tasks
- Research on topics and items
- Managing calendar, making appointments, planning and organizing meetings, compiling documents for meetings
- Taking action items, writing minutes and tracking tasks to completion
- Expense management and filing expense reports
- Making online purchases
- Reading, monitoring, and responding to emails on behalf
- Organizing complex travel
- Planning and organizing events
- Draft reports, letters, and proposals
