The Operations Assistant will play a vital role in assisting the day-to-day operations of our digital streaming platform. This individual will work closely with various teams, including Content Management, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable music streaming experience for our users and artists. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and possesses a strong understanding of the digital music industry and streaming platforms.

Responsibilities:

Assist in uploading and managing digital content, including music tracks, albums, and artwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to content guidelines.
Collaborate with the Content Management team to schedule releases, updates, and exclusives on the platform.
Monitor content performance and troubleshoot any issues related to audio quality, metadata, or rights management.

User Experience:

Monitor the platform user feedback and report issues to relevant teams for prompt resolution.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that the platform\'s functionalities and features are running smoothly.
Suggest improvements to enhance the user experience and contribute to the development of new features.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Music, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred. (Nice to have)
Previous experience in the music industry, digital streaming platforms, or record label operations is a plus. (Nice to have)
Familiarity with music streaming platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools is advantageous. (Nice to have)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
Tech-savvy with a passion for music and technology.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
