MicroAgility Services is looking for a Technical Recruiter for the post of International Recruitment Executive to join our recruitment department. Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, Screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
Working Responsibilities:
· Understand the job descriptions of assigned position thoroughly with complete information of timeline
· Research on technology terms and implementation concepts for clarification of job description as required
· Search relevant candidates from North America through all available sources.
· Source potential candidates on different platforms, like Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media Groups and etc.
· Approach the required consultants/candidates and increasing the pool of candidates.
· Maintain the internal database properly.
· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
· Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
· Conduct technical interview, negotiation on rate/compensation and location preferences with potential consultants/candidates, and finalize terms & conditions with them.
· Arrange the shortlisted candidates interviews with Sr. Manager/Departmental Lead
· Developed and maintain the relationship with subcontractors (Keeping the tract of their expertise).
Requirements:
· Proven work experience (minimum 06 months) as a Technical Recruiter/Recruiter.
· Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and VOIP structured)
· Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
· Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media LinkedIn recruiting and Boolean search skills/techniques)· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
