What we publish
We publish contents that cover topics related to:

All your submissions should be well-considered explorations of current and cutting-edge topics in the human resource industry.
What we don’t publish
We do not publish contents that:
- Directly or indirectly promote any organization or an individual.
- Are controversial in any sense.
- Are plagiarized or grammatically incorrect.
- Contain backlinks to websites except for authentic news portals, research institutes etc.
How to submit
You may submit a rough draft, a partial draft, or a short pitch (a paragraph or two summarizing your argument and why it matters to our readers) paired with an outline to [email protected] as a Word document (preferably single spaced). Please do not send a ZIP file of assets unless requested by the editor, or paste the contents of your story in the email.
The more complete your submission is, the better feedback we can give you. Keep in mind that we only accept original content—we do not publish anything that’s been published elsewhere.
How long does it take to publish?
Usually it takes a maximum of 5 working days for your submission to be approved/rejected. In case you do not receive our response within 5 working days of your submission, you may submit it elsewhere. Once your submission has been approved and published, our editorial team will notify you about it via email.
